Reward & Benefits Specialist - Japan & Korea

We are seeking a Reward & Benefits Specialist to oversee benefits services in Japan and Korea for a leading technology company. You'll manage benefits operations, work with an international team, and have access to career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage benefits services in Japan and Korea, ensuring smooth operations.
  • - Lead benefits projects by turning business needs into actionable plans with clear goals and timelines.
  • - Develop strategies to launch and integrate new or updated benefit plans, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with stakeholders.
  • - Create and maintain procedures that align with IT solutions for smooth stakeholder approval and compliance.
  • - Oversee annual enrollment and plan renewals to ensure efficient processes.
  • - Provide expert advice and training to enhance HR and cultural understanding among internal teams and vendors.
  • - Work with benefit vendors to ensure efficient and compliant processes, conducting audits and addressing issues as needed.
  • - Define and monitor quality metrics, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions when necessary.
  • - Resolve benefit-related issues, providing guidance to employees and coordinating with support teams for escalations.
  • - Some business travel may be required to support regional operations.


Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience in benefits management or a related field, ideally in the tech industry.
  • - Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex initiatives.
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Proficient in developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • - Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
