A leading global company in the Food & Beverage industry is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist/Manager to join its HR team. This is a great opportunity to shape compensation strategies, and drive key projects


What You'll Do


Develop and enhance compensation & benefits programs for a diverse workforce, including a 300-person factory team.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent & Learning teams to align strategies with company goals.
HRビジネスパートナーやタレント＆ラーニングチームと連携し、企業目標に沿った戦略を策定する。

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the HR Director.
データに基づいた分析と提案を行い、HRディレクターをサポートする。

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
労働法および社内規定の遵守を確保する。


What We're Looking For

Experience in compensation & benefits, HR, or a related field.
給与・福利厚生、人事関連業務の経験をお持ちの方

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
優れた分析力を持ち、自立して業務を遂行できる方

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
高いコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル

Familiarity with HR systems and data analysis tools.
HRシステムやデータ分析ツールの使用経験がある方

Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
国際的で多様な文化の職場環境で活躍できる方
