Technical IT Lead - Outdoor Apparel Company - Hybrid

Our client is the Japanese branch of a global outdoor apparel and gear company known for its high-quality products and strong environmental ethos. The brand is committed to sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and processes to create durable clothing and equipment for outdoor enthusiasts.

They are currently looking to hire a Technical IT Lead who will be responsible for the internal system architecture, application development, and management and optimization of the data platform. You will ensure alignment with the global IT architecture strategy and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.



Requirements:

- 5+ years of practical experience in IT architecture and application development

- 4+ years programming experience in JavaScript, Java, C#, X++ or related object-oriented programming language

- Experience with Agile development or as a Scrum Master

- Fluency in English and Japanese
