Responsibilities:

• - Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• - Create and use strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
• - Handle the entire recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding.
• - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• - Use data to improve recruitment processes and results.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
• - Experience in Automotive, Software, IT, Manufacturing, or Semiconductor sectors (preferred).
• - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
