HRBP Manager - Talent Management Focus (Hybrid Remote Work OK)

Our client are a major hospitality group, recruiting a HRBP Manager. The role focuses heavily on talent management responsibilities, and suitable candidates will have a talent management background.

You'll have the opportunity to work on major strategic projects, and to collaborate with a diverse leadership group.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as strategic HR partner.
  • Directly manage recruitment team.
  • Talent management, retention, and succession planning.
  • Organize skills coaching program.
  • Lead & manage special HR projects.
  • Create and deliver training on HR-related topics (legal, diversity, change management, and employment topics).
  • Adapt global HR strategy & policy for local needs.
  • Collaborate with global HR team.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • People management experience.
  • Expertise in learning & development / coaching.
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English at a business level.
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred (eg. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or others).
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
