Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years' experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and leadership in managing recruitment teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level) is required.
