We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager for a leading company in the IT industry. This important role focuses on improving and managing recruitment strategies in Japan's CX and BPO sectors. We need a leader to guide a team of recruiters and administrators to meet the company's hiring goals for customer service and technical support. Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a great experience for candidates.
• - Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for professional and managerial roles.
• - Use data to identify hiring trends and enhance recruitment processes.
• - Work closely with internal leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice.
• - Collaborate with external recruitment partners to meet hiring goals and develop direct hiring strategies.
• - Meet and exceed targets related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and satisfaction.
• - Lead projects to improve hiring processes, candidate experiences, and recruitment channels.

Qualifications:

• - 8-10 years' experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and leadership in managing recruitment teams.
• - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level) is required.
• - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
