Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead recruitment for both experienced professionals and new graduates.
- Manage HR operations, including performance reviews and pay structures.
- Handle labor management tasks, such as payroll and social insurance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage related risks.
- Lead and mentor an HR team of three or more members, promoting teamwork and high performance.
