HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing cosmetic brand in Japan.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting. This role involves building the HR system from the ground up to help the company attract, keep, and develop top talent. You will play a key role in the company’s market entry strategy and have the chance to lead and train a team, contributing to their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead recruitment for both experienced professionals and new graduates.
- Manage HR operations, including performance reviews and pay structures.
- Handle labor management tasks, such as payroll and social insurance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage related risks.
- Lead and mentor an HR team of three or more members, promoting teamwork and high performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven HR management experience, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to succeed in a startup environment, focusing on innovation and adaptability.
