Sr. HRBP Manager (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)

Our client are a global leader in customer experience solutions, recruiting a Sr. HRBP Manager. You'll provide strategic HR support, manage a team, and lead major HR transformation projects.

Our client offers flexible / remote working options.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage HR team.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact lead for multiple client groups.
  • Lead HR projects (including succession planning, salary planning, and performance management).
  • Coach managers and employees on complex employee relations issues.
  • Lead HR transformation projects.
  • Investigate employee concerns and conduct internal audits.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years as an HR Business Partner.
  • 5+ years experience in team management roles.
  • Experience with union management.
  • Understanding of C&B, and employee relations.
  • Experience in BPO, consulting and / or IT (preferred).
  • Experience working in global environment (preferred).
  • MUST be fluent in Japanese.
