We are seeking a Spa Trainer for a luxury cosmetics brand in Tokyo. The role includes conducting spa training sessions, creating menus, and other operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Conduct spa training sessions.
• - Prepare training materials and set up venues.
• - Maintain spa standards at retail locations.
• - Develop and implement spa menus.
• - Train new employees and conduct follow-up sessions.
• - Conduct training for new skincare products.
• - Assist sales teams with spa operations, including product forecasting and inventory control.
• - Plan and conduct soin training.
• - Develop treatment protocols and training materials.
• - Implement training for new product launches.
• - Provide treatments at PR and event venues.

Qualifications:

• - Advanced esthetic skills (facial and body treatments).
• - At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• - Experience in spa treatments
• - Experience in training staff.
• - Preferred certifications: AEA, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese
