Our client are a top company in the beauty and cosmetics industry, recruiting an Accounting Manager.

This is a team management role. Suitable candidates will have strong leadership skills and be comfortable with strategic decision-making.

【業務内容】

• - 経理チームの管理
• - 業務効率化のためのプロジェクトリード
• - 月次、四半期、および年次の財務決算の正確性の確保
• - 税務準備の管理および税務当局との連携
• - 売掛金・買掛金の管理、グループ内取引の適切な処理
• - 調達に関する財務の管理
• - 在庫会計の監督および正確な在庫レベルの調整
• - 資本支出のモニタリングとキャッシュフロー予測の管理

【応募資格】

• - 8年以上の経理経験
• - 消費財業界での経験
• - 化粧品業界での経験（歓迎）
• - グローバル企業での勤務経験
• - チーム管理の経験
• - 日商簿記2級以上
