Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust release management processes for reliable software deployments.

  • Coordinate release schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness.

  • Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines while ensuring regulatory and security requirements.

  • Oversee SRE plans to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.

  • Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.

  • Champion a culture of observability through 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, SRE, or similar roles, preferably in a regulated industry.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure automation.

  • Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-availability environments.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Japanese is a plus.
