A leader in computational chemistry software is looking for a Research Engineer/Customer Success Engineer to join their team. This is a remote position requiring fluency in both Japanese and English. The right candidate will have experience in computational chemistry and a strong focus on helping customers succeed.


主な業務内容：

• - 研究活動：分子動力学やモンテカルロシミュレーションなどを用いて研究を推進し、学術パートナーと協力します。
• - 顧客ニーズの理解：お客様のニーズを把握し、適切なソリューションを提案して目標達成をサポートします。
• - プリセールスサポート：製品の特徴を説明し、技術的な課題を解決します。
• - プロモーション活動：学会や展示会に参加し、企業の技術力をアピールします。
• - フィードバックの橋渡し：クライアントと製品開発チームの間でフィードバックを共有し、製品改善に役立てます。
