• Lead development & design of equities trading systems.
• Work with business analysts to translate trading strategies into system functions.
• Use Java programming for system development and optimization.

Requirements:

• 9 years of experience in software development with a focus on equities trading systems.
• Proficiency in Java programming, including multithreading, data structures, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of capital markets and trading strategies.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
