Sales Director (Food / Ingredients) 営業ディレクター
Our client are a global Food Manufacturing / Ingredients leader. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead business development in Japan. This role involves working with the Managing Director to identify new business opportunities as well as leading & managing the business development.
It's a chance to take a senior leadership role at a global market leader.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets in the FM sector.
- Develop new customer relationships and explore new markets, while sustaining existing customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead projects from initiation to launch, coordinating with various teams.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet organizational goals.
- Manage resources including budget, forecasts, and staffing.
- Guide and manage team performance, including setting targets and building skills.

Qualifications:
- Over 12 years in the food industry, with experience in customer and market development.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Skilled in project management.
