Investment Management Retail Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Director of Retail Sales to join a leading company in the investment management field.

Our client are open to candidates of various seniorities - you can join from AVP to Director level, with opportunities for further growth after entry. We encourage a wide variety of applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead & manage a team; provide training to junior team members
- Maintain and build strong business relationships.
- Expand value of client assert portfolio.
- Support wholeseller / distributor networks.
- Provide company resources to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in financial services.
- Retail sales experience in buy-side firms preferred; applications from sell-side are welcome.
- CMA and/or CFA certifications preferred.
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
