Retail Operations & Performance Manager (リテールオペレーション＆パフォーマンスマネージャー)

We are seeking a Retail Operations & Performance Manager with experience in the luxury sector to streamline store operations, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency. This role will optimize front and back-office processes, reduce administrative tasks for store managers, and improve the customer experience.

主な業務内容:

• ITシステムおよび法規制の遵守を確保しながら、リテールオペレーションを監督。
• 業務プロセスを最適化し、効率を高め、管理業務の負担を軽減。
• 在庫管理、在庫移動、半期ごとの棚卸しを管理。
• IT、財務、Eコマースチームと連携してプロジェクトを推進。
• 店舗オペレーションマニュアルやスタッフインセンティブプログラムを開発。
• 社員へのシステムトレーニングを実施し、規則遵守を確認。

応募条件:

• ラグジュアリー業界での6年以上のリテールオペレーションまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験、店舗での2年以上の経験。
• リテールITシステム（CEGIDまたは同等のシステム）に精通していること。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および組織力。
• 日本語および英語に堪能なこと。
