Retail Manager (Beauty)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing on impactful campaigns for launches.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with B2B clients and ensure retail locations are staffed and efficient.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and maximize profitability.
• Identify and secure new distribution opportunities and tier-1 locations.
• Recruit and onboard team members for new stores.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years in retail management, preferably in beauty or luxury.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to align operations with strategy and optimize performance.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
