このポジションでは、イベント企画、リテールアクティベーション、プロモーション活動を担当し、ブランドの高い認知度と顧客エンゲージメントを実現します。

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute retail events (Podium, Gaisho, CRM/PR Events, Masterclass).
• Coordinate 360° marketing materials and POS activations.
• Support retail and marketing teams in promotional activities.
• Manage GWP, coffrets forecasting, and event budgets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing or sales within beauty or luxury.
• Strong event coordination and project management skills.
• Fluent Japanese, English is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator (Photoshop & SketchUp are a plus).

📍 Location: Tokyo | 💰 Salary: ¥6.5M-¥7.0M | 📝 Permanent Position
