Our client are a highly prestigious hotel group, recruiting a Reservation Manager for a major luxury hotel in Kyoto.

You will lead the Reservations Department and you'll lead & manage a team.

業務内容:

• 予約チームの管理および指導。
• 戦略的な価格設定とプロモーションを通じて、客室稼働率と日々の料金を向上させる。
• プロモーションカレンダーの管理。
• 予測精度を5%以内に維持する。
• 客室稼働率と市場動向に関する詳細なレポート作成。
• 予約部門およびフロントオフィスチームの訓練とサポート。
• ホテル予約システムの管理により、データの正確性とスムーズな運営を確保。
• 第三者ディストリビューターとの関係管理。

応募資格:

• 5年以上の関連実務経験。
• ホテル予約チームでの経験。
• ラグジュアリーホテル業界での経験（強く推奨）。
• チームリーダーシップ能力（推奨）。
• ホテル予約システムおよび関連ソフトウェアの高い操作スキル。
