We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager for a leading global medical device company in Tokyo. In this important role, you will create and manage regulatory plans to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations for medical device registration and maintenance. As part of a top medical device company, you'll work in a team-oriented setting and lead a group to influence global regulatory processes.




主な業務内容：

- 製品登録およびコンプライアンスのための規制計画の策定と実施
- 規制当局との連携による迅速な承認・認証取得
- 各部門と協力して必要な規制文書の準備・提出
- 医療規制の変化を常に把握し、解釈する
- 規制スタッフのチームをリードし、部門目標を達成
- 規制プロセスやベストプラクティスに関する指導とトレーニングの提供




応募資格：

- 医療または医療機器業界における規制業務の経験
- 国際的な規制基準およびガイドラインに関する強力な知識
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に進行し、締め切りを守る能力
- 規制チームのリーダー経験があれば尚可
- 英語が堪能であること。日本語スキルがあるとなお良い
