Project Manager, Datacenter Air Conditioning 空調工事・プロジェクトマネージャー

Our client are a global provider of datacenter solutions, recruiting a Project Manager. You'll lead air conditioning projects in large datacenters across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage projects from sales to construction phase, primarily for new and refurbishment datacenter projects.
• - Liaise with designers, contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders for efficient project and cost management.
• - Supervise the construction of new and refurbishment projects, focusing on datacenters.
• - Aid in contractor selection, document prep, and provide necessary support as needed.

Requirements:

• - Experience in air conditioning construction / datacenter construction or similar field.
• - Relevant qualifications such as Building Facilities Engineer, First-Class Pipe Construction Management Engineer, or equivalent (preferred).
• - Experience with construction related to central heat source equipment in air conditioning facilities (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
