Our client is entering a stage of fast-growth with major funding, and you'll have the opportunity to define and lead organizational culture going forward. This is a senior management position with team leadership responsibilities.

• - 労働法規の遵守確保
• - 業績評価システムの実施
• - 職場文化のリード

応募資格：

• - 10年以上の関連する人事経験
• - リーダーシップ経験（組織変革プロジェクトのリード経験を含む）
• - インフラ業界またはブルーカラー業界での経験（望ましい）
