We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager for a leading company in the heating, cooling, and air conditioning industry. This role is based in Tokyo and involves leading procurement efforts and strategic sourcing. 業務内容

• - アジア太平洋地域の調達チームと連携し、1億5,000万から2億米ドルの予算を管理
• - 事業目標達成に向けた調達戦略の策定と実行
• - SCMチームと協力し、生産性とキャッシュフローの最適化
• - サプライヤーとの契約交渉を行い、最適な条件を確保
• - サプライヤー関係の管理およびパフォーマンスレビューの実施
• - 大規模プロジェクトにおけるサプライヤー管理を支援し、収益性を向上
• - ガバナンスおよび規制基準に準拠した購買活動の実施
• - 購買プロセスの継続的改善を推進

応募資格

• - 学士号または同等の経験; MBAは尚可
• - BEMS、電気、建設セクターでの5年以上の購買経験
• - 多国籍企業、総合請負業者、または下請け業者での経験
• - コスト削減戦略と購買ツールに精通
• - ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語能力
• - 優れた戦略的思考とステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
