Data Center Procurement Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to join a leading data center company in Tokyo. In this role, you will oversee the entire contract process, ensuring compliance with company policies and managing vendor relationships. 主な職務内容：

• 契約の作成から実行までのライフサイクルを管理
• 契約管理における企業方針および手続きの遵守を確保
• 契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉、問題解決
• コンサルタントや入札者の事前資格審査を行い、経営陣に推奨
• コンサルタントからの料金提案を依頼し、オンボーディングを管理
• コンサルタントと協力して入札戦略を策定し、契約形態や条件を評価
• コンサルタントが作成した入札および契約文書をレビュー
• 入札プロセスを管理し、入札発行、報告書の確認、面接の実施、条件交渉、契約授与の推奨を行う
• 数量調査士と協力して、月次プロジェクト財務報告書を作成
• 代替提案の分析と比較
• 契約者から提出された変更作業の処理を監督
• 契約者およびコンサルタントへの支払いのフォローアップ
• コンサルタントが作成した最終精算書をレビュー
• 上司から指示されたその他の業務を遂行

求められる資格：

• 数量調査、土木工学、契約管理、または関連分野での学士号
• 建設業界、QSコンサルタント、または開発企業での15年以上の経験
• 契約形態、コスト管理、予算管理を含む契約業務の深い理解
• 優れた交渉力、対人スキル、コミュニケーション能力
