Pre Sales Consultant / Solutions Consultant - SaaS Industry
We are looking for a skilled Pre Sales Consultant / Solutions Consultant specializing in cybersecurity for a top SaaS company. This role is vital in helping the sales team by providing technical knowledge and showing the benefits of our security solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Work with the sales team to customize cybersecurity solutions for clients.
- - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features.
- - Offer technical support and guidance during the sales process, answering client questions.
- - Gain a deep understanding of cybersecurity products, including their features and how they integrate.
- - Help prepare proposals and respond to RFPs.
- - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights to improve product positioning.
- - Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to engage with clients.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- - Proven experience in presales or technical consulting in cybersecurity.
- - Skill in deploying and configuring cybersecurity solutions.
- - Strong presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply.
- - Ability to handle multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
- - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
- - Fluency in Japanese is required; English is a plus.
- - Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
- - Experience with solutions like Arcsight, Voltage, NetIQ, Fortify, or EnCase.
