We are looking for a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to help grow global business efforts in the financial sector. This role is key to building relationships and expanding technology solutions with global accounts. You'll work in an innovative setting, playing a strategic part in transforming global business operations and growing professionally in a high-growth company.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead and manage global technical resources to carry out strategic account plans.
• - Build and sustain strong relationships with technical leaders and executives to identify business challenges and suggest solutions.
• - Develop and execute technical parts of global account strategies with teams across different locations.
• - Promote a culture of sharing ideas and innovations to boost account growth and solution use.
• - Keep detailed global technical documentation and ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

• - More than 7 years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• - Expertise in ITSM and ITOM, ideally with Telecom experience.
• - Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• - Proven success in enterprise IT architecture and sales processes.
• - Strong technical skills in web technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical and business ideas.
• - Experience in ITIL, Service Management, and IT Operations Management.
• - A proactive problem solver who enjoys working in fast-paced environments.
