Key Responsibilities:

• - Provide HR, payroll, and labor management consulting services.
• - Manage client payroll processing and related HR tasks.
• - Handle payroll and bonus calculations, including year-end adjustments.
• - Oversee social insurance procedures.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in payroll management
• - Prior experience in HR consulting (preferred).
• - Team management ability.
• - In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and social insurance.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
