Office Administrator - Manufacturing

We are seeking an Office Administrator for a leading manufacturing company in Tokyo. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong administrative skills. You will help keep the office running smoothly and support the management team.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep track of office supplies and order more when needed.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Support HR tasks like onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.



Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
