We are looking for a New Graduate Recruiter for a top company in the luxury sector. This role involves creating and implementing recruitment plans to attract the best new graduates for the company's operations in Japan. You will work with HR and Hiring Managers to build a strong workforce that matches the company's goals and values.


Key Responsibilities


  • - Oversee the recruitment process for new graduates and interns, ensuring a great candidate experience. Work with key stakeholders to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • - Conduct market research to guide recruitment strategies. Build strong ties with universities and create effective ways to reach top talent.
  • - Support the company's employer branding, aligning with global standards. Engage in diversity efforts and strengthen connections with schools through campaigns and campus visits.
  • - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to customize recruitment strategies that meet business needs. Offer insights on market trends and talent.
  • - Work with recruitment agencies to manage job postings and candidate feedback. Ensure compliance and transparency using internal systems, and update stakeholders on recruitment progress.


Desired Skills and Experience


  • - At least 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
  • - Experience in the retail or luxury goods sector is a plus.
  • - Strong ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • - Proven success in fast-paced environments.
  • - Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • - Self-driven, creative, and able to assess talent based on skills.
