Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
• Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotions.
• Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing product assortments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in merchandising software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
