業務内容:

• ライフサイエンス分野に関する法的助言とサポートを提供
• ライセンス契約や研究契約などの契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉
• 製薬およびバイオテクノロジー関連の法令遵守を確保
• ビジネス目標をサポートし、法的リスクを管理するため、各部門と協力
• 業界のトレンドや規制の変化を常に把握

応募資格:

• ライフサイエンスまたは関連分野での法務経験が3年以上
• 製薬およびバイオテクノロジー関連の法律に関する深い知識
• 複雑な法的文書の作成および交渉に熟練していること
• 優れた分析力、コミュニケーション能力、対人スキル
• 迅速な環境で独立して、またチームの一員として働く能力
• 英語および日本語の高い能力が望ましい
