We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading healthcare company in Tokyo. This role is important for keeping the highest quality standards and making sure all operations follow regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and regulations.
- 品質保証プロセスの監督及び業界標準の達成。

- Create and update quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- 品質保証のプロトコルと手順の策定及び更新。

- Conduct audits and inspections to find areas for improvement and take corrective action.
- 監査と検査の実施、改善点の特定と是正措置の実行。

- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- 上級管理職への品質保証レポート作成、洞察及び提案の提供。






Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry.
- 製薬・ヘルスケア業界での品質保証実務経験。

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- 強力なリーダーシップとチーム管理能力

- Knowledge of healthcare quality assurance regulations and standards.
