The successful candidate will be involved in client onboarding, handling account opening procedures and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• ・ Handle new account openings for retail and institutional clients.
• ・ Following regulatory guidelines.
• ・ Run due diligence checks; confirm AML and KYC compliance.
• ・ Deal with client inquiries and issues
• ・ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• ・ Work with Legal and Compliance, Program Developers, and Project Managers to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• ・ 1+ years of experience in securities companies.
• ・ Previous experience in AML (preferred).
• ・ JSDA 1 grade license holder or ability to get certified immediately after hiring.
• ・ Fluent in Japanese
• ・ Familiar with brokerage regulations.
