We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a high-end Japanese restaurant in a luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese cuisine and hospitality. You will be key in delivering top-notch guest experiences, developing the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
3-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high-end Japanese restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions and service rituals such as kaiseki, sushi, and teppanyaki.
Fluency in Japanese. English skills are a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in budget management, inventory control, and profit and loss management.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail regarding aesthetics and ambiance.
