IT Manager / Head of IT (Consumer Goods / FMCG)

Our client are a global FMCG industry is looking for an IT Manager/Head of IT to lead regional technology efforts and manage the entire IT department.

This is a great chance to take on a senior leadership / team management role at a major consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead and manage a team of technical experts
• - Oversee regional IT projects.
• - Manage outside IT vendors.
• - Drive continuous digital transformation.
• - Ensure compliance.
• - Partner with regional and global commercial leaders to improve sales and marketing through technology.
• - Design automation project strategies.
• - Represent IT in business projects, defining roles with global project managers.
• - Manage and execute analytics projects.
• - Ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives, provide training, and support new systems.
• - Collaborate with global HQ

Qualifications:

• - At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• - Leadership / team management experience.
• - Experience in commercial reporting and analytics.
• - Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - Business planning / process design experience.
• - Experience with agile methodology
• - Project management delivery.
• - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Boomi, and Tableau (preferred).
