Mission: Spearhead the department dedicated to supply chain and core systems, delivering impactful technology solutions that enhance and digitize supply chain processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct the planning, operation, and maintenance of core systems while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Ensure the secure retirement of legacy systems and oversee their transition to modern alternatives.

• Strategic Development: Formulate and execute a holistic strategy for core systems focused on modernizing outdated systems and improving operational efficiency.

• Organizational Enhancement: Utilize emerging technologies to refine business processes and provide training to boost adaptability and maintenance capabilities.

• System Architecture: Architect the corporate systems to identify the most appropriate technology stack for the organization.

• Collaboration with Headquarters: Facilitate technical discussions with engineers at the headquarters to synchronize on global strategies, with an emphasis on operations in Japan.

• Vendor Relations: Cultivate robust relationships with vendors to guarantee high-quality service and cost efficiency, emphasizing strategic agreements and effective data integration.
