Key Responsibilities:

• - Create and carry out strategies for a range of IT areas digital, customer, mobile, and mobile apps within Japanese business.
• - Gather project requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• - Manage global and local projects for digital, customer, mobile, and mobile app initiatives.
• - Set project scope & timelines, assign resources, and manage risks.
• - Handle customer queries and technical issues.
• - Troubleshoot and solve technical problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• - Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles for the support desk.

Qualifications:

• - Relevant working experience.
• - Prior experience as a Business Analyst (preferred).
• - Experience in retail environment (preferred).
• - Experience with mobile apps (preferred).
• - Proven experience in project management.
• - Familiar with mobile app development processes and user experience principles.
• - Experience with Azure, Salesforce Cloud, SQL Server, and/or Oracle.
• - Vendor management ability
• - Customer service skills.
