主要業務内容

• - 米国本社および現地プロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、店舗開発プロジェクトを推進。
• - 日本国内のリテール店舗向けにデザインプランを作成・実行。
• - プロジェクトマネージャーや施工業者と協力し、デザイン要素を店舗に組み込み。
• - 装飾品の選定および調達・支払いプロセスの円滑化。
• - プロジェクトマネジメント業務、予算管理、現場での設置作業の監督。
• - プロジェクトのスケジュール管理と予算内での進行を確保し、定期的に関係者へ報告。
• - 調達およびグローバルチームと連携し、装飾品の現地調達を実施。

応募資格

• - インテリアデザイン、デコレーション、または関連分野の学士号。
• - 小売店舗デザイン、インテリアデザイン/デコレーション、またはビジュアルマーチャンダイジングでの少なくとも4年の実務経験（小売業界での経験が望ましい）。
• - 装飾アンティーク、ファブリック、家具、仕上げに関する知識。
• - 優れた組織力、コミュニケーション能力、タイムマネジメントスキル。
• - 日本語と英語の両方に堪能であること。
• - 国内の店舗への出張が可能な方。
• - デザイン作品を示すポートフォリオの提出が必要です。
