Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a HR Director for a major property in Kyoto.

Your main tasks will be to implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Relocation support is available for those who wish to apply from other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead HR strategy.
• - Manage wide variety of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• - Ensure HR compliance.
• - Facilitate onboarding for new managers and run leadership development programs.
• - Enhance employee engagement and retention.
• - Collaborate with regional HRVP on major projects.

Qualifications:

• - 7 years relevant experience
• - Management experience
• - Background in employee relations, training, and compensation.
• - Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
