We are looking for a Director of Finance for a top hospitality company in Kyoto. This role involves managing all financial activities, ensuring strong control standards, and providing strategic financial advice to improve value and performance. 主な業務内容：

• - 会計記録や財務報告の管理と法的基準への準拠。
• - 定期的な財務状況の確認と正確な報告。
• - 管理契約の遵守と内部統制の維持。
• - 効果的な管理情報システムとパフォーマンス指標の作成・実施。
• - バランススコアカードやトレンド分析による報告の正確性確保。
• - 成長を支援するための総支配人やホテルチームへの財務アドバイス。
• - 財務システムの利用改善による効率向上とデータ正確性の実現。
• - 戦略目標に沿った年間資本計画の策定と投資収益の最大化。
• - 財務洞察と予測を用いた戦略的計画の支援。
• - 採用、トレーニング、パフォーマンス管理による強力な財務チームの構築。
• - 正確なキャッシュフロー予測と運転資本の適切な管理。
• - コスト効率の高い購買プロセスの実施とコスト最適化。
• - 債権管理を効果的に行うクレジット管理方針の設定と施行。

資格要件：

• - 財務または会計の学士号を保有し、ACCAやCPAなどの資格があれば尚可。
• - ホテル会計での5年以上の経験があり、国際ホテルでの同様の役職での2年以上の経験が必要です。
• - 英語に堪能で、ホテル管理システムおよびMicrosoft Office Suiteに強いスキルを持っていること。
