HRBP Manager (Japan + 1 Overseas Region!)

Our client are a global hospitality group, recruiting a HR Manager work as a HRBP for Japan and one other APAC region.
This is a great chance to step up to international leadership responsibility at a major global company.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead HR strategies tailored for each region.
• - Handle the recruitment process to attract and keep top talent.
• - Manage employee relations; provide support to both management and staff.
• - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company rules.
• - Lead special projects to improve HR processes & strengthen employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• - 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
• - Experience in hotels / hospitality.
• - Must be bilingual in Japanese & English.
• - Experience in a multicultural environment (preferred).
