Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner for a financial services company in Tokyo. You'll have the chance to use your HR expertise to influence the company's direction and support an environment that values innovation and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top candidates.
- Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate fit.
- Assist employees with HR-related issues like leave management and conflict resolution.
- Handle daily HR tasks and keep detailed employee records.
- Develop and enforce HR policies to comply with labor laws in various locations.
- Analyze HR data for performance management and offer strategic advice.
- Work on HR projects to improve organizational success.

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

資格

- 英語と日本語での強力なコミュニケーションスキル。
- 優れた分析力と問題解決能力。
- 経営学、人事、または関連分野の学士号。
