Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition, working with business leaders to create effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle HR and labor-related issues, helping leaders align projects with global HR strategies.
- Work with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage talent initiatives, such as succession planning and performance reviews.
- Work with the Organizational Development team on development and mobility plans.
- Identify HR risks and audit items to prevent potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and HR regulations, keeping up-to-date with HR laws.
- Complete required training to stay qualified for the role.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and labor laws.
- Detail-oriented with good numerical and documentation skills.
- Client-focused, self-driven, and able to handle confidential information with care.
