Key Responsibilities:

• - Create systems for collecting and reporting HR and sustainability data.
• - Work with global and local teams to set and track KPIs and metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
• - Collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to improve data systems and work with external auditors for data checks.
• - Clearly communicate with stakeholders about data processes and sustainability results.
• - Improve HR operations for better efficiency and productivity.
• - Join global and local data groups to align HR sustainability efforts.
• - Manage HR data governance to comply with best practices.

Qualifications:

• - Strong understanding of HR practices and sustainability.
• - Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• - Experience with HR Information Systems like Workday is a big plus.
• - Proven experience in project management and HR consulting.
• - Excellent English communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly.
• - Able to handle uncertainty and lead positive change.
• - Experience in the retail or luxury industry is beneficial.
