HR Operations Specialist


We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist for a key client in the finance industry. The role involves managing HR services and administrative tasks, focusing on compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee data management.


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle HR processes, ensuring payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration are accurate and comply with regulations.

- Keep the HR Operations knowledge base up to date and help with HR data reporting.


Qualifications:

- Experience in improving business processes and finding more efficient ways to work.

- Proven record of excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail, ensuring tasks are done accurately.
