HR Manager (lead org Change Management initiatives!)

Our client are a global manufacturing group, recruiting a HR Manager with expertise in Change Management. You'll lead a team in one of the company's largest business units.

This role provides a chance to play a key part in the company's strategic growth and development. You'll work closely with a non-Japanese General Manager to develop and improve HR systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ・ Lead & manage a team.
  • ・ Long-term strategy & policy development.
  • ・ Support the leadership team with expert HR advice on various HR issues.
  • ・ Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy to maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • ・ Use HR data to determine HR priorities and solutions.
  • ・ Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.


Requirements:

  • ・ 10+ years HR experience.
  • ・ Leadership / management experience.
  • ・ Project management experience (preferably related to organizational change).
  • ・ Experience in a manufacturing company.
  • ・ Experience in a global organization (preferred).
  • ・ Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • ・ Must be fluent in Japanese.
