[Retained] APAC Senior HR Manager

Our client are a global leader in the chemical industry, recruiting an experienced APAC Senior HR Manager to lead human resources across Japan, China and Taiwan, with a key focus on Change Management.

This is a senior leadership role, with commensurate salary & benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop & lead regional HR strategy.
  • - Align local strategies for each geography.
  • - Lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple countries and manage senior-level recruitment.
  • - Review compensation structures and company benefits
  • - Lead HR change management.
  • - Employee engagement
  • - Leadership coaching
  • - HR budget management.
  • - Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • - Participate actively in the APAC Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

  • - 10-15 years of HR leadership experience
  • - HR experience in global organizations (preferred)
  • - Extensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws
  • - Experience in talent management, change management, and organizational development.
  • - Must be fluent in Japanese with business level English
