• - 人事政策の立案および人事システムの実施支援
• - ビジネスレポートの作成と分析
• - 採用およびオンボーディングプロセスの監督
• - トレーニングおよび人材開発プログラムの調整
• - パフォーマンス評価と報酬プロセスの管理
• - 人事システムの維持および改善

• - 人事業務の経験
• - 人事の原則および実践に対する強い理解
• - 優れたコミュニケーションおよび対人スキル
• - 複数のタスクを管理し、優先順位を効果的に設定する能力
• - 人事ソフトウェアおよびシステムに精通していること
