Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic HR Director to lead and manage the Human Resources function within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational success.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement through the development of programs that promote retention, diversity, and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance management processes, providing strategic advice on employee relations, career development, and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
